For the photographic canvases you need to send the following items:

	Download and complete the order form on the contact and order page.
	Send with a 20% deposit, (for payment details please go to the pricing page, due to the nature of the commissions this deposit is non refundable)
		An original photograph, digital or photographic print can be accepted, for quality guidance see below. Picture Quality – images need to be crisp and in focus. Composition – for portraits, If you are taking the photograph especially, try and keep the photo to head and shoulders which will provide more detail and have better resolution. If you want to use an existing photograph that has more information than required, we can crop it to lose any unnecessary information for the final painting.
	one colour sample of your choice, (remember, this is the colour to match your room where you want the canvas to hang).
	Any of the following samples can be accepted.
		Manufacturer's paint swatches. These cards can be obtained free from DIY centres; they have the colour name and individual paint reference code on each colour sample.
		Samples from your paint tins at home painted on pieces of white card larger than 2” square.
		Fabric swatches larger than 2” square.
		Wall paper swatches larger than 2” square.
	Preferred canvas size (advice on proportions will be given if necessary)

We will send you a computer generated image of the final canvas concept along with a commission request slip for you to sign and return along with the remaining payment. After 3 weeks you will receive your personalised canvas.
